From a small counter to a full IT solutions company
The Beginning
~2016DRS IT Solutions started as a small mobile repair shop at Bagodih More, Suriya. With just a few tools and a lot of determination, our founder Praveen Kumar began fixing phones for local customers — one device at a time.
Expanding to Laptops & Desktops
~2018Customer demand pushed us to expand. We added laptop and desktop repair services, spare parts inventory and accessories — quickly becoming the go-to repair point for students, businesses and households in the area.
CCTV & Security Systems
~2020We entered the CCTV and home security space — offering complete end-to-end services: survey, supply, installation and maintenance. Housing societies and local businesses became major clients.
Second-Hand Device Market
~2022We launched a certified pre-owned mobile and laptop buying & selling service — giving budget-conscious buyers access to quality tested devices, and sellers a fair, transparent valuation.
